Operational Execution Workflow
Initial Inspection & Sealing Audit
Inspecting container rubber seals, air vents, or ship hatch covers to ensure full gas-tight conditions prior to injection.
Dosing & Gas Application
Controlled injection of Methyl Bromide or Phosphine gas utilizing high-pressure vaporizers and gas distribution lines.
Gas Monitoring & Continuous Exposure
Continuous monitoring of gas concentration at multiple sampling points throughout the mandatory exposure period.
Aeration & Safety Clearance
Forced air ventilation until gas levels drop below the Threshold Limit Value (TLV-TWA), followed by official quarantine sealing.
Official Quarantine Certification
Upon completion of treatment and safety clearance, Hyrdan Pest issues an officially recognized Fumigation Certificate stamped in accordance with Australian Fumigation Accreditation Scheme (AFAS) and Agricultural Quarantine Agency (Barantan) standards for smooth customs clearance at the destination port.
