Industrial & Phytosanitary Fumigation
Fumigation is a chemical treatment method where a target space or commodity is completely filled with a gaseous pesticide (fumigant) to immobilize or eradicate pests within. Hyrdan Pest provides certified fumigation services that strictly comply with international trade standards and Agricultural Quarantine Agency (Barantan) regulations.
Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)
Phase 1: Tarping & Sealing
Achieving 100% airtight sealing using heavy-duty gas tarps and pressure adhesive tapes to maintain lethal gas concentrations.
Phase 2: Dosing & Gas Injection
Precision volumetric dosing calculation based on temperature, target pest species, and total space volume.
Phase 3: Exposure Period
Continuous exposure duration (ranging from 24 to 72 hours) with periodic concentration monitoring using digital gas detectors.
Phase 4: Aeration & Safety Release
Controlled gas ventilation until gas detectors read below the Threshold Limit Value (TLV-TWA), followed by official certificate issuance.
